Homemade Butter



Aisa bilkul aisa hi hain mera dil….. ‘makkhansa’! Jo beti ki mitthi mitthi baatose pighalta aur hubby ki pyaar bhari batope phislega 

Bat toh chottisi hain par agar dil khush karde toh jarur share karni chahiye.

Process (as there is no recipe to it)

In food processor with dough attachment churn ½ can of whole/ heavy cream for about 5-6 min. you will see butter forming then add just 2 -3 tbsp of ice cold water at a time & churn it again. Its done when butter & water is completely separated. Squeeze out all water from butter & store it.……that’s it ….in no time your home made butter is ready……taa dhaa…


Note: can be store in refrigerator for up to 15 days & frozen for longer time
