Gulkand Icecream

Some time things happen just like that....
I was in kitchen, going thru refrigerator to check on the things which needed to be finish on priority. Noticed 1/4 small pint of heavy whipping cream & opned condensed milk’s can.

Ab ettuse whipping cream ka karu bhi toh kya ? I was not in mood to cook any rich gravy. Sochte sochte ye sab platform pe rakhka aur kuch karneme lag gayi. Tabhi mere hath gulkand ka bottle laga, dimmag ki batti jali aur bana dala single serving.....Gulkand Ice turned out absolutely delicious ....yummmm. Hubby was like ............yeah dil mange more

There is nothing I measured as it was such a small quantity but here is the procedure & its pretty simple. Wipe cream to form a picks, add condense milk & mix it again. Then add gulkand a drop of vanilla extract and pink food color, mix it well & freeze it in air tight container for 5-6 hrs. Garnish with choice of nuts to serve.
