Do enjoy this easy recipe of no grind fermented batter
Ingredients - Makes 12 to14 12inch
- 1 cup idly
rava - 1 cup rice flour
- 1 cup udad dal flour
- 4 cups warm water
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp sugar
Process
In a big mixing bowl, add all the ingredients (except sugar) & make a batter using warm water. Keep this batter in a warm place to ferment for 18-24 hours (depending upon whether or in oven with light on). That's it.
Once the batter is fermented adjust salt as per taste & add 2 tbsp sugar, mix well & make dosas as usual, enjoy it with your favorite fillings or side dish.
